Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges: All sales are final and we currently do not accept returns. If you happen to receive a flawed or defective product, please contact hellopanhandle@gmail.com. 

Please note that we only accept refund requests for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if there is an issue with your order, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hellopanhandle@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and proceed accordingly.

If your return is accepted due to a defect or damage, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
